Franck has over 30 years of experience in real estate investing, credit, and asset management in North America and Europe. His extensive background includes leadership roles at W.P. Carey and co-owning Genesis Capital’s auction platform, later sold to Fidelity Title. Franck earned a BA in Economics and Finance and an MSc from Université de Paris X, followed by an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. He also serves on the boards of NYU Stern, The Cleveland Clinic, and the Real Estate Advisory Board of Stanhope Capital.
Jim Cooper

Jim Cooper is SVP at Dunmor, where he leads investor relationships, loan sales, and secondary market strategy. With over 20 years of experience in mortgage banking, he specializes in loan trading and capital markets execution.
He oversees the distribution of loan production across private investor channels, working closely with internal teams to maximize execution and profitability. Prior to joining Dunmor, he held senior roles at Northland Financial Company and GMAC, building institutional partnerships and scaling capital markets platforms.
Dana Georgiou

Dana Georgiou is Chief Revenue Officer at Dunmor, where she leads sales, marketing, and revenue strategy. With 35+ years in mortgage lending, she’s held executive roles across operations, credit and risk, sales, marketing, and capital markets.
Dana is a frequent speaker at mortgage industry events and a published contributor to Originate Report, Mortgage Women Magazine, and Dealmaker Magazine, with a focus on advancing women in mortgage lending.
Daniel Stump

Dan has +20 years of fixed income, mortgages, and derivatives experience spanning the real estate investment vertical—research, portfolio management, trading/transactions, operations, product origination/marketing, and modeling/programming functions. Prior roles include COO/CRO at Temple View Capital and Portfolio Manager within the Mortgages and Real Estate Strategies Group at Neuberger Berman. Dan earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a CFA and FRM charterholder.
Ilona Nowak
Chief Compliance Officer

Ilona is responsible for establishing risk management controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. She has spent the past 16 years in the mortgage compliance industry, most recently as SVP, Compliance and Legal Affairs, AML/BSA Officer for BM Real Estate Services, where she led the compliance and quality control teams. Ilona holds a BA from William Paterson University and a JD from California Western School of Law.
Francesco Fabbrocino

Francesco is responsible for developing the company’s proprietary technology. He has 25 years of experience working on cutting-edge financial and digital media technologies. Most recently, he was the CTO at QuickFee, a multi-currency payment service handling over $1 billion in annualized volume. Prior to that, he was CTO at FastPay. Francesco holds a BS from USC and an MS from UCLA, both in Computer Science, and has published numerous works, including two patents.

Steve Huff

Steve oversees loan asset operations and servicing. Previously, he spent 11 years at Wedgewood in a similar role overseeing asset management for HMC Assets and Civic. He has extensive experience in the end-to-end process of whole loan investing including pricing, diligence, transactions, portfolio surveillance and loss mitigation. Steve earned a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside.
