Founder and CEO

Franck has over 30 years of experience in real estate investing, credit, and asset management in North America and Europe. His extensive background includes leadership roles at W.P. Carey and co-owning Genesis Capital’s auction platform, later sold to Fidelity Title. Franck earned a BA in Economics and Finance and an MSc from Université de Paris X, followed by an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. He also serves on the boards of NYU Stern, The Cleveland Clinic, and the Real Estate Advisory Board of Stanhope Capital.
Michael Jones
Chief Financial Officer

Michael oversees accounting, finance, and business analytics. He has spent the past 27 years in the mortgage banking and fintech industries, having held CFO roles at Cascade, Clara Lending, Home Point Financial, and United Wholesale Mortgage. He also previously served in leadership at Lehman Brothers Global Mortgage Capital and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Michael holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Iowa and a BS in Business Administration from Drake University. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Jim Cooper
Head of Capital Markets Sales

Jim oversees credit risk management, underwriting, approval processes, credit administration, and the development of credit risk rating methodologies. With a career spanning three decades, Jim specializes in financing commercial and residential properties. He previously held senior roles at Northland Financial, GMAC, and led Alliance Mortgage. Jim holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado and is a licensed real estate and mortgage broker in California and Arizona.
Francesco Fabbrocino
Chief Technology Officer

Francesco is responsible for developing the company’s proprietary technology. He has 25 years of experience working on cutting-edge financial and digital media technologies. Most recently, he was the CTO at QuickFee, a multi-currency payment service handling over $1 billion in annualized volume. Prior to that, he was CTO at FastPay. Francesco holds a BS from USC and an MS from UCLA, both in Computer Science, and has published numerous works, including two patents.
Ilona Nowak
Chief Compliance Officer

Ilona is responsible for establishing risk management controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. She has spent the past 16 years in the mortgage compliance industry, most recently as SVP, Compliance and Legal Affairs, AML/BSA Officer for BM Real Estate Services, where she led the compliance and quality control teams. Ilona holds a BA from William Paterson University and a JD from California Western School of Law.
Daniel Stump

Dan has +20 years of fixed income, mortgages, and derivatives experience spanning the real estate investment vertical—research, portfolio management, trading/transactions, operations, product origination/marketing, and modeling/programming functions. Prior roles include COO/CRO at Temple View Capital and Portfolio Manager within the Mortgages and Real Estate Strategies Group at Neuberger Berman. Dan earned his MBA from the University of Chicago, BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a CFA and FRM charterholder.

Zeenat has a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, consistently exceeding goals through strategic development and implementation. Her client-centric focus ensures strong, lasting relationships.
Steve Huff
SVP of Asset Management and Servicing

Steve oversees loan asset operations and servicing. Previously, he spent 11 years at Wedgewood in a similar role overseeing asset management for HMC Assets and Civic. He has extensive experience in the end-to-end process of whole loan investing including pricing, diligence, transactions, portfolio surveillance and loss mitigation. Steve earned a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Riverside.
Christen Wong
SVP of Marketing

Christen has 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, and private lending, specializing in brand identity, strategic marketing implementation, investor relations, and business development. Her expertise spans go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, content creation, and team leadership across both startup and institutional platforms.
In her previous role as Director of Marketing at Center Street Lending, she built and led the company’s in-house marketing team, overseeing brand development, content strategy, and digital initiatives. Prior to that, she was Senior Marketing Manager at CoreVest Finance, where she executed national campaigns and supported revenue growth across multiple lending channels. Christen also served as VP of Marketing at Archway Capital, where she played a key role in the firm’s repositioning and successful institutional acquisition. In addition, she founded a creative agency focused on branding, design, and content for professionals in the real estate and finance sectors.
Christen was born and raised in Los Angeles and is a proud native Angeleno.
